JoomlaDay Bangkok has returned for the seventh time. Held on December 13 – 14, 2014, it was organized by Open Source Education and Development Association (OSEDA) with the collaboration of the CP ALL Public Company Limited and JoomlaCorner.com
We invited both Thai and foreign speakers to disseminate knowledge to all participants who joined #JD14BKK. For those who didn’t come, we will have to say that there were lots of interesting topics that you have missed including information on new IT technology/program you will be meeting next year.
Foreign speakers that we had for this seminar were Mr. Henry Nguyen (JoomlaShine.com) from Vietnam, Mr. Mark lee (Stackideas.com) from Malaysia and Mr.Ashwin Date, Mr.Parth Lawate (TechJoomla) from India, all of whom have a wide range of experience in using and developing Joomla! Core which include other extensions.

From Marvelic Engine, Mr. Akarawuth Tamrareang, Mr. Supachai Teasakul and Mr. Naret Tiyawatwittaya spoke on these topics: Various Solutions by Joomla!, eCommerce Solutions for Joomla 3.x (focus on CitrusCart and VirtueMart) and Add extra fields for your content, respectively. “Add extra fields for your content” is a good topic for those who want to modify their websites without changing the Joomla! core.
In addition to the lectures from our speakers, JoomlaDay Bangkok 2014 also has booths set up for participants to enjoy activities in each booth. Whether it’s a booth from Marvelic Engine Co., Ltd. (Marvelic Engine Co., Ltd.) released a great Web Package to show off at the event, cool products from CMSPlugin.com and the Open Source Education and Development Association (OSEDA), especially the booth of CMSPlugin.com There is also a fun event to win special prizes.
